Please find below the "labels" that you may cut out and securely affix to your envelope or box. Be sure to fill in your return address. If returning merchandise that is not defective for exchange, please call Beverly for an RA number: 1-800-926-3277

 

NOTE: Please do not use the postage paid label to return values exceeding $100. For values exceeding $100, your return will need to be fully insured. You may package and visit your local post office, or use your own carrier account like the USPS "Click-N-Ship". If you are returning defective merchandise and incur postage expense, you may request for your postage to be credited to your account, or call for Concept to generate a label for you. (Credit for postage expense incurred will be for the least expense postal option. Overnight shipments will be reimbursed at the lower rate option unless pre-approved.)
